Placed in between pine forests (of which the name Pineta derives) the visitors truely enjoy the mediterranean climate.
The history of Bibione, by the way, is not too long and therefore quickly told. Bibione was born 35 years ago, quite a virgin so to speak, being designed for tourism. Some years ago there has been build a health spa that makes the Bibionesi writing wellness with capital 'W' now.

The beach suits perfectly the families needs. With its relatively flat coastline profile the water has a pleasant temperature, the water is very clear and invites to plunging around or playing some beach games that are offered for free by the local beach consortium.
Kids do love it!
Thanks to the generous dimensions of the beach there is no problem to find a calm place even in the main season. You can rely on proper beach quality here as the beach consortium is known to be very picky with that. Not accidentially Bibione has been honoured the so called "blue flag" for beach quality what makes them proud as a peacock.
