Baljenac
Typ:Island 43° 42' 11.16" N, 15° 43' 38.19" E
The "fingerprint" that has made this island famous is less a reflection of capricious nature and more a testament to hard work. Baljenac covers an area of only about 0.14 km², yet it boasts some 23 km of dry stone walls, most of which date back to the 19th century. This unique art of dry stone walling has been recognized as intangible cultural heritage since 2018.
