Port of Vela Garska on Hvar in Croatia is a small marina with mooring lines and a restaurant. If you eat there, you don't have to pay for the mooring lines. It's a delicious restaurant, but it comes at a price. In my opinion, it's worth the price; others see it as a rip-off. In any case, it's a beautiful bay and a good place to stay overnight.
