Lido di Fido
Dog Beach in Grado
At the easternmost end of the beach lies one of two dog-friendly beaches in Grado, the Lido di Fido, where dogs are even allowed in the water (which isn't the case everywhere), but must wear a muzzle. The second dog-friendly beach is the Spiaggia di Snoopy in Grado Pineta. (Please do not confuse this beach with the Fido Lido in Muggia.)
The Lido di Fido is open daily from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (from late April through September). A beach spot with an umbrella and a lounge chair costs €20 per day; a water bowl, leash holder, and a bag are included. A second lounge chair costs extra, and spots closer to the sea are more expensive. However, there is a discount the longer you stay.
The dog regulations consist of 11 points. 1: Every dog must be microchipped, tattooed, and regularly vaccinated. The dog leash should be 1.5 meters long, but the dog does not have to be on a leash while swimming.

Snoopy
Beach: Another dog-friendly beach in Grado
Open daily from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM (May 1–September 30). The relatively large area (7,000 m² designed for 120 dogs) offers plenty of shaded spots. Starting at €21/day, you're all set (with a parasol, lounge chair, and dog bed). The same rule applies here: the longer you stay at Spiaggia di Snoopy, the cheaper it gets. A maximum of 4 people with 2 dogs are allowed per parasol.
An additional lounge chair costs €5, as does an additional dog. The current price list is available on the website.
