Characterized by its scenic beauty. The sea is clear despite the heavy tourism. There is only one store per village (which is divided into three sections) that carries the most essential groceries and a few other daily necessities. (A bit pricey - after all, it has to be shipped in.) The passenger ferry runs three times a day (the car ferry twice). If you're looking for peace and quiet, this isn't the right vacation for you. Even though there's only one establishment per "village", the crowds of people mistakenly seeking tranquility are large. It's a place for young people who don't mind the chaos.
