In my opinion, the marina is perfect. From the extremely clean restrooms with hot water available at all times at no extra cost (the cleaning lady is always on hand, summer and winter) to the friendly marina staff, the beautiful, clean pool, and the excellent management. There is a shaded parking spot for every berth. The prices are very reasonable compared to other marinas. (Water berth for a 12m boat as of April 1, 2015, €3,500, including electricity and VAT.) I've been moored there with my "Sapore di Mare" for more than five years and am very satisfied. Of course, there's the Dalben Street, but it's now fully dredged, and you only need to factor in a wait time for sailboats during extreme low water. But I suppose you're on vacation, so you have some time to spare. Plus, the marina is very quiet, as it's only for owner-operated boats and no noisy charterers.
