There, you can sit comfortably outside in the shade of the pergola (much to the delight of smokers, since smoking in the fresh air is much healthier) and look forward to a delicious antipasto (Pesce marinato est est est!) while sipping a cool Aperol. Followed by outstanding spaghetti alla busara. This is best enjoyed with a well-chilled white wine from Polencic (Collio) or Russiz. It was to die for.
